Trip to Goeje Island, first time with KimBap and Raw Fish[Hoe]:

I got wonderful time to be in Geoje Island (also often spelled Koje Island) which is the principal island of Geoje City, on the southern coast of Gyeongsangnam-do province, South Korea. I had also good experiences which I had never been before like as Korean food and customs. We went launch for Sliced Raw Fish [Hoe] Restaurant which is very popular among the Koreans and expensive as well. Squid, flatfish, sea cucumber, abalone, sea urchin and croaker are popular in this area. They are served with sesame leaves and lettuces. Hoe is pronounced wey It gets served with either soy or hot chilli sauce.

In the mid afternoon,we went out for Popingsu (Korean dessert) near by port. It was also kind of cool and sweet for summer. I found It also bit expensive in here.

In the evening we took Gimbap (usually spelled Kimbap) is Korea's most popular and nutritious convenience meal. A layer of cooked rice is spread over a square piece of gim (dried laver). Various ingredients (including ham, sausage, spinach, cucumber, crab meat, carrots, and radishes) are thinly sliced and placed on top. The laver is rolled into a tube, sliced into sliced pieces, and seasoned with sesame seeds.

During the trip, we had some shots for memory.
